| PRODUCTION | Each variety is fermented separately, with the final assembling after 6 months. The wine is then matured in barrels from 12 months to 18 months, depending the characteristics of the vintage. The wine is commercialised only after it has been judged ready. | |||
| TASTING | purplish-blue, deep garnet-red. Ripe fruits, stewed fruits (blackberry and bilberry) Elegant, and intense fruit, mouth stays sharp and balanced. To be tasted most certainly but even better to keep. |
