SOIL Limestone and Clay
HARVEST By hand in cases, from Sept 20th to Oct 8th. Selection of best and oldest vines.
PRODUCTION Each variety is fermented separately, with the final assembling after 6 months. The wine is then matured in barrels from 12 months to 18 months, depending the characteristics of the vintage. The wine is commercialised only after it has been judged ready.
TASTING purplish-blue, deep garnet-red.
Ripe fruits, stewed fruits (blackberry and bilberry)
Elegant, and intense fruit, mouth stays sharp and balanced.
To be tasted most certainly but even better to keep.
