Floral nose (hawthorn, lwhite flowers) freschness of fruit
(apricot, nectarine)
Delicay and balance distinguish the mouth.
Very pleasant , a spring wine...
TO EAT WITH Lobster, salmon, shellfish, exotic and Asian food.
