Pioneer of modern catering, Jean Marie PAUL, Chairman of the SCORE INTERNATIONAL Group (Catering, Hotel and Tourism), international leader in the fields of consulting and training in the hotel and tourism sectors, great art lover, is the owner of the Château Réal Martin.

An enterprising, epicurean man of taste, Jean Marie PAUL has always made “Only the Very Best” his objective, permanently striving for quality and performance.

Enchanted by Provence, its nature, its environment and its soil, he literally falls “under the charm” of the Château Réal Martin which he acquires in 2001.

The following year is devoted to serious renovation of the estate, of the 16th Century house, of the winemaking installations and the creation of a real and authentic reception and promotion centre for the wines of Provence.

Réal Martin, whose reputation and fame are international, at last regains its former splendour.

Assisted by his son Dominique, who develops sales and marketing, and by his wife Ghislaine, who takes care of public relations and receptions, the PAUL family is deeply involved in the running of the estate.
