| TASTE | Golden colour with reflection of green, pale, luminous. Smoky nose, intense, mineral, gunt flint then flowered with hazel nut and roasted almond notes . Fresh butter and volume in mouth are the keynote of this voluptuous wine. | |||
| TO EAT WITH | Mediterranean
fish dishes when young. Fine poultry and goat cheese when older. |
